How billing works

  • 14-day free trial on Starter and Growth — no card required.
  • Paid plans are subscriptions billed every 30 days in Indian Rupees (₹) via secure online payment (Razorpay). GST is charged extra as applicable and a GST invoice is issued for every payment.
  • Meta conversation charges are separate. Meta bills per 24-hour conversation window directly on your WhatsApp Business account; our plan prices cover the Adwebgrow Connect platform only. Meta's rates vary by conversation category (marketing, utility, authentication).
  • Cancel anytime from Billing → Subscriptions — your plan stays active till the end of the current billing cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
