Terms & Conditions

1. The service

Adwebgrow Connect ("the Service") is a WhatsApp Business API platform operated by Adwebgrow, Mega Mall, 3rd Floor, Ottapalam, Kerala 679101, India ("we", "us"). The Service provides a shared team inbox, no-code chatbots, AI agents, broadcast campaigns and related tools that run on the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta.

2. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business you register.
• Account credentials are your responsibility. Notify us immediately at adwebgrow@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per business entity, unless you purchase additional seats/numbers under your plan.

3. Acceptable use & WhatsApp compliance

• You agree to follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, Commerce Policy and Messaging Policy at all times.
• You will only message recipients who have opted in to receive messages from your business, and you will honour opt-out requests promptly.
• Marketing and utility messages must use Meta-approved message templates; template approval is at Meta's discretion.
• You must not send spam, abusive, unlawful, misleading or infringing content, nor use the Service for high-risk or prohibited activities under Meta's policies.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that trigger Meta policy violations, excessive blocks/reports, or unlawful activity — with or without prior notice where Meta requires immediate action.

4. Subscriptions, billing & payments

• Paid plans are subscriptions billed every 30 days in Indian Rupees (₹) through our payment partner Razorpay. Prices are exclusive of GST; GST is charged extra as applicable and a GST invoice is issued per payment.
• A 14-day free trial is available on eligible plans; no card is required to start a trial.
• Meta conversation charges are billed separately by Meta on your WhatsApp Business account and are not included in our plan prices.
• Failed renewals may lead to temporary suspension of paid features until payment succeeds.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Fair use

Conversation limits, seat counts and number limits in your plan are enforced technically. "Unlimited" on the Scale plan means reasonable use consistent with normal business messaging; we may contact you if usage patterns threaten platform stability.

6. Your data & content

You retain ownership of your business data, message content and customer lists. You grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the necessary rights and consents for all data you upload or process through the Service.

7. Service availability

We target high availability, but the Service depends on third parties (Meta's WhatsApp Platform, payment gateways, hosting providers). We are not liable for interruptions caused by these providers. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of business or data.

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime from Billing → Subscriptions; the plan remains active till the end of the billing cycle. We may terminate for breach of these terms, non-payment, or Meta policy violations. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ottapalam / Palakkad, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-portal notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
