1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, phone number, business name, country and currency when you register.
• Business messaging data: WhatsApp conversations, contacts, templates, chatbot flows and campaign data that you connect or create in the platform. This data is processed to deliver the Service.
• Billing information: plan, transaction history and invoices. Card/UPI details are processed directly by our payment partner Razorpay — we never see or store your full card numbers.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address and usage logs for security and diagnostics.
• Cookies: essential session cookies to keep you logged in, and preference cookies (e.g. language). We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the platform.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Service (inbox, bots, campaigns, AI agents).
• To process subscriptions, payments and invoices.
• To send service notices — onboarding help, billing alerts, policy updates.
• To prevent abuse, fraud and Meta policy violations.
• To respond to your support requests.

4. Sharing & processors

We share data only as needed to run the Service:

• Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business Platform (message delivery, templates, numbers).
• Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions.
• Hosting & infrastructure providers that store our application data.
• Legal compliance — where required by Indian law or a valid court order.

We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to anyone.

5. Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Message and campaign data is retained per your plan's retention settings. After cancellation or deletion requests, data is retained for 30 days for export/recovery and then permanently deleted, except where the law requires longer retention (e.g. tax invoices).

6. Security

We use HTTPS everywhere, encrypted backups, role-based access controls and audit logging. API access uses scoped bearer tokens. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard measures and review them regularly.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by writing to adwebgrow@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. Marketing emails (if any) always include an unsubscribe option; service-critical notices cannot be unsubscribed while your account is active.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified by email or in-portal notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
